The Chagrin Documentary Film Festival has been inspiring Northeast Ohio and the world to come together to learn and explore through the powerful stories told through film; drawing passionate filmgoers from near and far and opening the door to talented artists and global culture.

Festival Operations

The festival remains dedicated to serving audiences and empowering talented filmmakers for over 14 years.  With your support, we will continue to grow this thought-provoking cultural art form into the community and the world.

Capital Campaign

The building is the evolution in the next chapter of a dream, providing programming and capacity funding to ensure our festival is here for generations to come.  Our permanent home will be a space for all to share in the mission of the festival.

Don Peden Brown

CDFF recently lost one of our beloved members, Don Brown Sr.  Don was an avid member and supporter of the festival, and his love of the festival lives on through the Don Brown Fund and the support of the Brown family.
