Yes, you can watch content using Safari on iOS 11.2 or later. Please note that you must have “Screen Mirroring” turned off for content to play.

Yes, you can watch content using Chrome on Android 6.0 or later.

Casting with a Wireless Display Adapter - Airplay to Apple TV
A wireless display adapter is typically a small device that plugs into the HDMI port of your TV. It acts as a receiver to the signal being transmitted wirelessly from your laptop. What’s critical is that the wireless display technology in the laptop must be compatible with the technology in the wireless display adapter.
What happens if I forget my password?
Use the password reset option “forgot password” on the login page to reset your password. You will need access to the e-mail address you use to log in.
Why does video playback freeze or not play smoothly
Delays vary based on internet speed.
Why do I see a black screen if I am watching content with AirPay on my TV?
You likely have “Screen Mirroring” turned on in your device settings. Please turn off the screen mirroring setting and start AirPlay by selecting the AirPlay button () in the bottom right-hand side of the player.
How long do I have to watch a film once I have purchased it?
If you purchased a streaming ticket, films must be streamed within 48 hours of redemption. A streaming ticket is considered redeemed once you click the "Watch Online" link from your emailed order receipt or when you enter the voucher code on the Watch.Chagrinfilmfest.org login page
My streaming ticket/link expired before I could finish streaming the film. Can I get a refund or another link sent?
Streaming tickets must be viewed within 48 hours of redemption. A streaming ticket is considered redeemed once the stream begins to play. There are no refunds or exchanges on CDFF On Demand tickets or membership.
Can I share my CDFF On Demand digital access with another person?
No. Sharing CDFF On Demand tickets or membership accounts are considered acts of piracy, which will be monitored, and any violations will result in the automatic suspension of access to CDFF On Demand without refund.
My streaming ticket/link isn't working. What do I do?
Can my streaming ticket be exchanged/refunded?
How many films are available to watch?
There are 101 films available to watch as part of CDFF On Demand. If you are a Member or have purchased a Virtual Doc Lover Pass you have unlimited access to CDFF On Demand. If you are a single ticket holder you are able to watch as many films as you purchase.
Can I use my Elevent membership credentials to log into the CDFF On Demand platform?
Yes, you can use your same name and password you use on GoElevent.com for CDFF On Demand
What if I get an error message while buying a ticket about 3rd party cookies
If you are on boxoffice.chagrinfilmfest.org and you try to buy a ticket and get an error message that reads "your browser does not allow access to 3rd party cookies" simply go to GoElevent.com and search for The Chagrin Documentary Film Festival and click Search Events. You should be able to buy tickets without any problem from this site.
Can I Watch Films On My Smart TV or with a Fire Stick?
Fire Stick is not a supported streaming device and films cannot be accessed on a SmartTV unless they are 2019 - 2020 models

Can I be logged into multiple devices at once
Yes. Example - if you start watching a film on your iPad you can finish watching the film on your TV without logging out of your iPad.

2. GETTING THERE

Plan to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the film

The Drive-in is at 8200 E Washington St (in front of the Mini Golf - enter at Chagrin Cinemas)

Have your mobile or printed ticket ready to be scanned through your window

If you are a member, make sure your flag and member card are visible through your windshield (members have a special, reserved area!)

Get snacks and beverages from concessions.

Be parked in your assigned spot 15 minutes prior to screening start time

Tune your radio to the designated 89.5 FM station.

There will be no tickets sold onsite. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

CDFF Drive-In Docs
How early should I arrive at the film?
We suggest arriving 20 minutes before the start of the film.
How will my ticket be scanned?
Upon arrival at the drive-in, if you have a ticket, our volunteers will either scan your ticket on your phone or your printed paper ticket (that you have printed at home) through the window of your vehicle. If you have a membership, you will be directed to a member-only entrance.

Will there be food and beverages available for purchase at the Drive-in?
Yes, Chagrin Cinemas will have a satellite concession stand set up. One local pop up restaurant will be on site selling food- including Cowboy Food and Drink, Blazin Bills and Aurelia.
Will there be bathrooms available at the Drive-in?
Yes, there will be portable wheelchair and non wheelchair accessible restrooms available.
Can I bring a folding chair and sit outside of my vehicle to watch the film?
No, all patrons must watch the film from inside their vehicles.
How will I listen to the film?
Will I be able to leave my car running during the film?
No. Your car must remain off. See a CDFF volunteer with any battery issues.
What if my car radio automatically turns off during the film?
Just turn it back on again. (We're sorry you'll miss a few seconds of audio, but keeping cars running during the film would not be environmentally friendly.)
Are there any vehicle restrictions?

Can I attend without a car?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests without cars to the event due to safety concerns.
Do I need to leave the Drive-in between films or can I stay for the next film?
You must leave the Drive-in parking area and get back in line for the next film unless you are a Visionary or Legacy level member.
Is there a limit to how many people per car?
If I am only one person in the car, is the price still the same?
Yes.
What if it rains?
In the event that it is raining too hard for the film to be shown you will be sent a ticket to stream the film or you may request a refund.
How will cars exit the venue at the end of the film?
Every vehicle must exit to the right after the credits and will be directed to leave by the row.
