The "CDFF Raffle of a VIP Package" ( a $10,000 value) Raffle is being conducted by CDFF, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the laws of the State of Ohio.
​
Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must have a valid Social Security number.
​
There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) person may purchase.
​
CDFF Board members, employees and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this raffle.
​
Raffle tickets are $10.00 each or 5 for $40 or 10 for $75. Raffle tickets may be purchased by cash, checks or online (made payable to CDFF). Should the purchaser’s check not be honored by the bank, the ticket will become void and withdrawn from the drawing.
By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.

Odds of winning are 1:5,000.

Tickets may be purchased by the following methods:,
• On the internet at www.chagrinfilmfest.org
• In Person at a 10th Anniversary monthly event or at CDFF World Headquarters located at 49 West Orange St. #2, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022

All ticket order forms must be received with full payment no later than 1PM on August 30, 2019 or before a total of 5,000 tickets have been sold, whichever comes first, to be entered into the drawing. CDFF will not extend ticket sales beyond the current drawing date of 7PM on August 30, 2019.
​
Prize: One prize will be given away. First Prize: CDFF VIP Package valued at $10,000.
​
Drawing will be held at the CDFF World Headquarters on August 30, 2019. The winner will be determined by random drawing.
Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by via phone and certified return receipt mail within 7 days of the drawing, and will be posted on the CDFF website.

If CDFF has not sold by 8:00 am MDT on July 1, 2019, at least 1000 valid raffle tickets and received full payment therefore, CDFF may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the raffle and withdraw the prizes aforementioned or decide to delay the drawing until the minimum has been purchased. In such an event, CDFF will refund in full all monies collected to all persons who made payment, if they do not want to participate in a delayed drawing or if the raffle is canceled.

The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and all expenses incurred in claiming the CDFF VIP Package. The The First Prize winner understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the First Prize winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge CDFF, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due.

Prize must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to CDFF as a donation.
​
CDFF, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
​
The decisions and rules of CDFF are final on all matters concerning the raffle.
​
